Photo of Dam framework with water starting to accumulate behind the earthen lower portion of framing. A personal note on the back is addressed to E. K. Pendergast in Conconully about the upcoming election that was postmarked in Conconully in 1912 with a 1 cent stamp. The 6/7/1907 Okanogan Independent announced in the town and county section "Frank Matsura has been selected by Engineer Andersen to take official photographs of the irrigation works. He will make a series of pictures, taking views each month, thus showing the progress of the work." |
