Picture is of group of men leveling the road for the car. The group of men are on the way to the Condon Ferry. Other photos label this trip as the first auto to the Condon Ferry. The 10/20/1911 Okanogan Independent reported "Local Pathfinders 'Hit The Trail'" which described the trip of the first automobile to go from town of Okanogan to Condon's Ferry. Harry Folmsbee car with Harry Kerr, Frank Matsura, Harry Stark and Sam Nelson made the trip all the way to Condon's Ferry while other two cars turned around at Cold Springs.
