Panorama of town of Okanogan taken from Cherry Grade (was Reservoir Hill) looking southeast. A stern wheeler is moving south on the Okanogan River below Kahlow's Ferry and the boat dock. Kahlow's Livery is evident with no High Bridge yet. Caption reads "Okanogan, Wash." The postcard was addressed to Miss. Bessie Mizel in Synarep postmarked 1907 in Okanogan with a 1 cent stamp. It has a personal note from Bill K. This photo was printed in the Okanogan Independent on 10/4/1907 and 5/1/1908. |
