Description |
A band is marching in a parade past the Elliot hotel in Conconully. The Elliot Hotel was built in 1892 and burned in 1915. Note on back of 1288 reads "Conconully parade, at corner of Hotel Elliot, probably a Fourth of July before 1906. Possibly a Matsura early print." Further research indicates this is Sept. 3 & 4, 1906 Labor Day Parade at Conconully. Note on back of #4803 reads "Conconully, Myers Hotel on right, Elliott Hotel on left, Fourth of July celebration." |
